Kevin Richardson brings over 16 years of experience managing complex interior renovation and greenfield projects. Kevin is a proven leader who can engage a diverse group of stakeholders, trade partners, and vendors to perform together for the successful delivery of any project. Kevin’s expertise includes delivering multifaceted phasing, infrastructure replacement, interior renovations, ground-up construction, higher education, healthcare, municipal, and office projects.

Education: Georgia Institute of Technology, Master of Real Estate Development (MRED), University of Dayton, Bachelor of Science Mechanical EngineeringProfessional Licenses: General Contractor License, State of Georgia, Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, OSHA 30-HourIndustry Sectors: Government, Education, Industrial, Office, Healthcare, and Multifamily. Paula Ward

Office Assistant

As an office assistant at Kazoo Builders, Paula Ward is responsible for providing administrative support to our team. With a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, Paula plays an essential role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly.

Clint Aleong

Project Manager

Clint Aleong brings over 12 + years of experience managing a wide spread of diverse projects from Office Space Remodeling, Restaurant Construction, Parking Garages and Facilities. Clint has experience with design, developing, construction and maintenance. Superior problem solving with time management abilities. Clint is extremely motivated and is a Team Player who has worked closely with Owner’s/Clients to ensure the Project is complete on time and within budget. Clint’s expertise includes managing construction projects from Preconstruction phase to Closeout phase.

Education: Alabama A&M University, Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Minor in Civil Engineering. Licenses: State of Florida Certified Claim Adjuster, NACE Certified Coating Inspector Level 1, OSHA 30-HourIndustry. Sectors: Government, Office, Multifamily, Single-family. Past Clients: Apple, Oracle and QTS Data Center.
